CLUBS

Cubbies

Cubbies

Cubbies® celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers (3 to 5 year olds) by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word.

In Awana Cubbies, kids learn basic truths about God, Jesus and salvation through fun handbooks, picture teaching cards and more.

Sparks

Sparks

For Kindergarten through 2nd Grade.

Sparks® ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.

To many children in kindergarten to second grade, Sparks is the highlight of the week! They love their red vests, the exciting games and spending time with leaders and friends.

T&T

T&T

For kids in the 3rd through 6th Grade.

The T&T (Truth & Training) curriculum teaches kids the truth of God's Word, trains them to follow Him and practice His grace.

We also have Trek and Journey materials available for our middle and high-school student leaders who would like to continue working toward their Meritorious and Citation awards.

Here is how a typical night runs:

6:00-6:15 PM

Intro time with prayer, flag salutes, announcements, and other information about the night's club activities

6:15-6:45 PM

Sparks: Split into two groups for Games/Small group time
T&T: Small group time

6:45-7:15 PM

Sparks: Two groups flip for Games/Small group time
T&T: Large group time

7:15-7:45 PM

Sparks: Large group time
T&T: Game time

Large group time is when we get the entire group together and have music, teaching and guest speakers, etc.

Game time is high-energy games in the gym.

Small group time consists of working on their verses in small groups of students with their leaders.

Cubbies transition between the Drop-Off Sunday School room and the Founder’s Hall for verse time, games, snacks, and teaching. They also start at 6:00, but finish at 7:30.

Volunteer Opportunities

We need leaders! Our biggest need is small group leaders (both parent leaders and student leaders grade 7 and up), a Cubbies Director, & a Sparks Director. This is a fantastic way to demonstrate servanthood to your kids. Plus, we discount dues for your child(ren) if you are a Sparks or T&T leader.
